Some crazy stats that we have for January!
Average detached home price $1.953m,
Average condo price $775k (seeing good 1 beds around the core hitting this mark, and 2 bed over $1.1m)
Average townhome price $1.029m
BUT try to find a 3 bed in that range and it’s almost impossible…
Supply is 50% BELOW the 10 year average, and sales for January 2022 were 25% ABOVE the 10 year average, and below January 2021 ONLY due to a lack of supply. We have a few buyers that a year ago, would have already been sold in January, but the lack of supply and the increasing prices have left us still searching.
